1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals who make a purchase of over $5,000 worth of goods between May 24 and May 31, 2023, at Lumber Plus’ Houston, Texas and Miami, Florida locations. Tampa, Florida and Toronto, Canada Lumber locations are excluded. Please note that all qualifying orders must be paid for between the 24th and the 31st of May 2023. Failure to complete payment within this specified period will result in the disqualification of the order from this promotion.

2. On orders canceled after the receipt of the gift card, the value of the gift card will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

3. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

4. Redemption: The gift card will be sent to the eligible participant within 14 days after the promotion period ends. The participant is solely responsible for redeeming the gift card and must adhere to any terms, expiration dates, and restrictions specified by Amazon.

5. Limitations: Only one gift card will be issued per eligible participant, regardless of the total purchase amount exceeding $5,000. The gift card cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offers or promotions.

6. Modification or Termination: Lumber Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lumber Plus shall be final and binding.

7. Liability: Lumber Plus shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or resulting from the participation in this promotion or the use of the gift card. Participants agree to release and hold Lumber Plus harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

8. Governing Law: This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

9. The Amazon $100 gift card must be claimed within 30 days after your order has been paid.
