FAQ’S

HOW GOOD IS PVC DECKING?

PVC is a great decking option. It is engineered to have a solid uniform cell structure, completely sealed with a hardcover cap for ultimate protection and durability. PVC products do not contain fillers or organic ingredients and provide a rugged and durable, yet lightweight product that will not rot, grow mold, splinter, or allow termites to fester.

WHAT TYPE OF MAINTENANCE DOES PVC REQUIRE?

PVC is virtually maintenance-free and easily cleaned just by hosing it down. Stubborn stains may require using mild soap and water.

WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS OF PVC DECKING?

PVC has excellent traction wet or dry with deeply embossed boards having wood grain texture on both sides. In addition, PVC boards require virtually no upkeep and will fade minimally over time. Also, because this material is completely inorganic, it is impervious to insects including termites.

PVC DECKING OR COMPOSITE DECKING?

Both are great alternatives for your decking. PVC is a cost-effective building material that can survive inclement weather and has a long service life. If you want lighter-weight boards and prefer a material that can be 100% recyclable, PVC is for you.
