1. Both 5% discount promotions are only available at U.S. Lumber Plus locations between November 20, 2023 and November 22, 2023.

2. To be eligible for the 5% discount on a recent Lumber Plus estimate, the estimate must have been issued after September 1, 2023, and prior to November 19, 2023. Discounts are not applied to delivery fees and taxes. Orders that are in the process of being fulfilled are not eligible for the 5% discount.

3. To be eligible for the 5% discount on a competitor’s estimate, the discounted products must be the same products quoted on the competitor’s estimate. Discount only applies to products that Lumber Plus has in-stock. All special order products are excluded from the 5% discount promotion. The competitor’s estimate must have been issued after October 20, 2023, and prior to November 19, 2023. Lumber Plus retains 100% discretionary rights to deem what is eligible for the 5% discount.

4. Modification or Termination: Lumber Plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lumber Plus shall be final and binding.

5. Liability: Lumber Plus shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or resulting from the participation in this promotion or the use of the 5% discount. Participants agree to release and hold Lumber Plus harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

6. Governing Law: This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
